According to The Wrestling Observer, former WWE and WCW star Bill Goldberg recently appeared at the C4 Comic Con event in Winnipeg a few weeks ago and was asked about a potential return to WWE.
Goldberg responded by saying that he would be interested in going back to the company as he would like for his son to see him wrestle one more time. Goldberg added that he has talked to Triple H a few times about a return, but no deal has been made.
When it comes to a return, it's being said Goldberg's financial demands are very steep, and that he would only return if the price was right. He said he would never be the one to reach out to WWE, and that if they wanted him, the ball is in their court to make it happen.
He added that WWE tried to use the "think of the pop you would get" tactic to get him to return, but from his stand point that's not the way to get him to return to the company, it's going to have to come down to money.
