Edwards & Richards Update
We recently reported that top ROH stars Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards were brought back to WWE's Performance Center for a week-long tryout. PWInsider is reporting that it was William Regal who got Edwards and Richards another chance.
It was reported that Triple H felt WWE already had enough "indie-looking" guys when Edwards and Richards didn't receive a contract after their first WWE tryout. Regal apparently went to Hunter and fought hard for two, asking him to bring them back in for another look.
Many feel that this tryout will lead to a short three-month deal for Richards and Edwards.
