WWE officials are high on NXT talent Eva Marie, reports The Wrestling Observer, and believe that they simply need to find a role for her. They think she comes off like a star on television, even if her wrestling abilities aren't there yet.
WWE Releases Phil Friedman
Former MMA fighter Phil Friedman, who went as James Bronson in NXT, has been released from WWE. He's the son of Neil Friedman, the former president of Matel and Toys "R" Us, and due to the fact he's in his late 30's, his signing was more of a favor, reports The Observer. Additionally, Friedman had been injured for quite some time and out of action.
