WWE.com has a new feature taking a look at the mysterious absence of former WWE Champion, CM Punk. While in reality the "Straight Edge Savior" is taking time off to heal up from nagging injuries, the big "kayfabe" discussion is whether or not Punk will return to in-ring action.
The article – which you can read HERE – speaks on his attendance at several Chicago-based sports games, and his relationship with UFC fighter Chael Sonnen. It also discusses Punk's back-to-back losses to The Rock, John Cena and, most recently, The Undertaker at WrestleMania.
Interestingly enough, as we reported earlier, this comes on the same day that WWE.com has pulled CM Punk from all his scheduled appearances through the summer.
