Swagger/Colter Tonight on Raw
During a WWE.com exclusive interview following his Elimination Chamber win last night, Zeb Colter said that he would be delivering a "State of the Union Address" tonight on WWE Raw. He also said that "Jack Swagger's America is upon us".
