I compiled a list off of the PPV list by country that is now provided on WWE.com for what countries will and will not be able to view the ECW PPV. A few interesting notes. Some major WWE countries such as United Kingdom, Scotland, Saudi Arabia, New Zenland and Germany will NOT be getting the ECW PPV. Furthermore, the only listing not showing the PPV as TBD is the Canadian Listing, which lists it as an ECW PPV.
