TMZ has a story on Brooke Hogan going “shoe slumming” at Payless. Enclosed in the article is a photo of Brooke looking shocked at being “caught” at the discount shoe store as a photographer snaps a picture of her. Although, it is not known if she actually bought any shoes, not to mention that she seems to be looking at the handbags in the store. Also, the writer of the article got a lot of heat in the comments section from site visitors for picking on Brooke for buying moderately priced shoes instead of $1000 shoes like other Hollywood starlets.
