James Storm didn’t wrestle at last night’s house show because they are playing up that he was injured from his fall in the Elevation X Match.
The current plan is to hold only three PPV events in Orlando, FL this year. The first one will be Sacrifice on May 11th. The rest of TNA’s 2008 PPV events are currently scheduled to be held on the road.
The doors will open at 8pm for fans planning on attending the live edition of iMPACT! on 3/27.
As noted last week, German Figueroa a.k.a. former TNA wrestler Apolo, was released as well. He was facing a number of legal issues in Puerto Rico as he missed a court date appearance and then sentenced to jail for 30 days. However, he didn’t turn himself into jail was considered to be a fugitive in the country. It’s also now coming out that Figueroa had apparently failed a drug test in Puerto Rico, although WWE chose not to release his name. WWE’s updated drug policy calls for all new signees to pass a drug test before joining the company.
