The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Gerald Brisco is on the verge of a WWE return following a series of strokes he had previously suffered which kept him out of the company. As we reported awhile back, it had been discovered by doctors that Brisco was born with a hole in his heart, but unbelievably he had lived for 60 years without it ever being detected. The new report is claiming that Brisco will not return to WWE as an agent, as the stress of that position might be too much for Brisco to handle. Instead, he will most likely return as a recruiting agent of sorts, helping to discover and bring new, high-level talent into the company for developmental deals. This is a job formerly held by Jim Ross.
It’s being reported that former ECW star Axl Rotten recently took WWE up on its open rehab offer and has checked himself into a rehab facility.
