Report: Meiko Satomura Scheduled To Be At Upcoming NXT Event

Meiko Satomura has been absent from WWE programming for well over a year. However, she is reportedly scheduled to be at an upcoming event.

NXT’s Jordynne Grace recently posted a picture with Satomura on social media. Likewise, WWE’s social media channels posted pictures of Satomura’s visit to the WWE Performance Center.

Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Meiko Satomura is scheduled to be at NXT Roadblock in New York City on March 11th. It is currently unclear whether she will be part of the show.

Meiko Satomura, a former NXT UK Women’s Champion, has not appeared on WWE television since NXT Roadblock 2023. She has been absent from NXT tapings ever since. Brennan’s report also notes that several independent wrestling companies in the United States have tried to book Satomura, but they have been rejected.

Satomura is currently on her retirement tour, which is set to conclude in April with her last match on April 29. She is set to face Minoru Suzuki on April 3.

Satomura has won titles in STARDOM, Sendai Girls’ Pro Wrestling, and PROGRESS Wrestling, among other promotions.
