Less than a week after John Cena’s shocking heel turn, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will appear on the March 7th episode of WWE SmackDown.
Rhodes was confirmed to be a part of Friday’s show during Monday’s episode of WWE RAW. The broadcast team noted that Rhodes would address what happened at WWE Elimination Chamber on Friday night. In the closing minutes of WWE Elimination Chamber, Rhodes rejected The Rock’s offer, and John Cena turned heel as he attacked Rhodes.
WWE also announced that Jade Cargill and Randy Orton would appear on Friday’s show following their returns at WWE Elimination Chamber. There, Cargill attacked Naomi, and Orton took the fight to Kevin Owens.
