Mercedes Moné loves professional wrestling more than you’ll ever know.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Mercedes Moné was a recent guest on The Sackhoff Show. When asked what’s one thing she wants fans to know about her, Moné got emotional and said she wishes they knew how much she loves professional wrestling.
“[Long pause] I don’t know…,” Mercedes Moné began. “I wish they would know how much I love this, and how much — it’s gonna make me cry, how much I legit love this. [gets choked up] I don’t know if people ever know how much I love wrestling.
“I give it everything. It’s my whole life. It’s my world. I just want fans to know it’s like legitimate everything. It’s why I’m here to really make a difference in this sport, especially for women. But I just wish fans would know how much I love wrestling and how much passion I have for this.”
Moné is scheduled to defend her AEW TBS Championship this month at Revolution against STARDOM’s Momo Watanabe.
