Bianca Belair Explains What A WrestleMania Win Over Rhea Ripley Would Mean To Her

Bianca Belair thinks having been kept largely separate in their careers, facing Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania would be a dream match.

The former WWE Women’s Champion has a chance to book her ticket to WrestleMania on Saturday. Despite losing the Women’s Tag Team Championships on Raw, she is part of the Elimination Chamber match, with the winner facing Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 41 for the Women’s World Championship.

Biana Belair recently spoke with the New York Post and discussed the potential of her facing Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania.

“I think that there’s been a conversation a lot online about that being a dream match. It’s definitely a dream match of mine—it always has been. Rhea Ripley and I have always been on opposite sides of the mountain, racing to the mountaintop. Our careers have been somewhat parallel in a way.”

“It would mean everything for me to be able to win the Elimination Chamber match. There’s an opportunity here for me to prove I am at the top—I am the face of this company.”

“It’s validation for all the years of hard work I’ve put in to go in against someone like Rhea Ripley and take the title off her. It would mean everything to me—a huge accomplishment to stay undefeated at WrestleMania. I would be on top of the world!”

Bianca Belair Loves That She Hasn’t Wrestle Rhea Ripley Yet

She continued as Bianca Belair spoke about never facing Rhea Riple in a one-on-one match.

“I love the fact that we’ve never crossed paths and haven’t had a match. Our last match was at the end of the Gauntlet Match leading into Elimination Chamber, and then we were in the ring together when I won the Royal Rumble—we were the final two.” Bianca Belair said.

“We’ve been able to cross paths, but not fully, which makes it even bigger and better. It builds anticipation even more. We’ve had moments, but we haven’t gone all the way there. The fact that we haven’t been able to do that yet means maybe we’ll finally get to do it at WrestleMania.”
