Seth Rollins says Becky Lynch hasn’t had her last match.
Lynch has been absent from WWE programming since she lost to Liv Morgan on the May 27th episode of WWE RAW. She entered free agency on June 1st, as her contract expired. Lynch later attended a WWE/Netflix event, and she reportedly signed a new contract. She was also shown in the WWE RAW on Netflix trailer.
Speaking on The Maggie and Perloff Show, Seth Rollins was asked whether fans could expect to see Becky Lynch return.
“Yeah, I don’t think she’s seen her last time in a ring. It’s not even the mom thing. She had some projects come up outside of professional wrestling that she wanted to do outside of professional wrestling that she wanted to do last year, and she was able to take the time to be able to do that, which is fantastic. She’s got a couple things in the works, I think they’ve both been announced. She’s doing a Star Trek television show, and then ‘Happy Gilmore 2’, which is rad.
“I foresee her making her return to the ring at some point, don’t know when. But yeah, she was out working. She’s the best, and she’ll be back.”
