Kimber Lee Sentenced In DUI, Assault Case

Kimber Lee pleaded no contest to charges of DUI, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer in Florida.

The former TNA star announced her retirement from wrestling in March 2023. However, just three days later she was arrested on a litany of charges. A plea deal seems to have helped her avoid spending time behind bars, at least for the time being.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Kimber Lee pleaded no contest to the group of charges. These included driving while under the influence and battery of a law enforcement officer.

She was sentenced to probation—one year for the DUI and two years for the other charges, to be served concurrently. While technically sentenced to two years in prison, this sentence is suspended as long as she completes probation. This means she will likely face no time in prison for her actions.

Kimber Lee must complete 75 hours of community service, wear an ankle monitor, undergo substance abuse treatment, and take DUI classes. Her driver’s license is suspended for six months while she undergoes these punishments.

Her charges stem from a May 2023 arrest. She was found driving the wrong way and, upon being stopped, showed signs of intoxication. Kimber Lee resisted arrest, physically assaulting the officer, and later recorded a blood alcohol level of .140.

This is well above the legal limit of .08. Police body cam and dash cam footage were submitted as trial evidence, but her plea deal canceled the scheduled jury trial.
