Maria Kanellis has commented on a potential return to WWE.
The former WWE star recently left AEW, as her contract expired. Moving forward, her next move is currently unclear.
In a post on Twitter, the former WWE Diva was asked if she’d return to WWE with her husband Mike Bennett if given the chance. Maria Kanellis noted that she loves everything the WWE is doing right now. Her previous opinion of the promotion has changed dramatically, especially given the huge success the WWE has had recently.
“I love everything they are doing. From marketing to booking. It’s a professionalism that has completely transformed my opinion of@WWE,” Maria Kanellis said.
In another post, Kanellis was asked whether she would return to WWE or TNA. She stated that she was not forcing anything, and she was focused on her family. Kanellis said that her other responsibilities were enough, unless the right opportunity came up. She also stated that if it didn’t “serve” her, she didn’t want it.
Maria hasn’t last worked for WWE in 2020. She and her husband were released from the company in a wave of cuts in April 2020.
