MJF will face Dustin Rhodes on the February 12th episode of AEW Dynamite.
AEW confirmed the news after Rhodes and MJF had a heated confrontation on the February 5th episode. Rhodes confronted MJF, and they brawled. MJF then hit Rhodes below the belt and walked away. Rhodes later challenged MJF to a match, and AEW officially announced it for next week. This will mark MJF’s first match since AEW Worlds End.
Plus, the match was not initially confirmed, but MVP said that the Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) would defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against The Gunns (Austin and Colten Funn). AEW later made the match official on social media.
