Roman Reigns highlights The Bloodline‘s run in WWE and comments on WWE 2K25 honoring the group.
Reigns has been revealed as the cover star of the game, and there will be a Bloodline Edition. Plus, The Bloodline will be featured in the Showcase Mode.
Speaking with CBS Sports’ Shakiel Mahjouri (via SHAK Wrestling), Roman Reigns was asked to comment on what the Bloodline Showcase Mode meant to him.
“I’ve always tried to implement the word representation,” Reigns said. “I’ve said it on our show, I probably drilled it into Jey’s head over and over on TV because I really firmly believe in that. I think that we’ve done such a phenomenal job with everything that we’ve done over the past few years that we’re in a situation where the whole video game, WWE 2K25 is, for the first time, created around one man, around one family.
“To be able to take that Showcase, that’s a mode that we’ve had before, but to able to imprint it with the Bloodline moments and all these different…they’re ingrained with our product now.”
Roman Reigns: It’s A Beautiful Situation
Reigns continued by saying all of this has been to plan, as everyone involved had put in a lot of work. He stated that he wanted The Bloodline to continue to represent their family and build up their name.
“These are the moments, and to be able to relive them, it’s all to plan,” Roman Reigns said. “I wish I could say this all happened by accident, we just got lucky with this one. But no, man, we put in a ton of work, it’s a collaborative effort, everybody believes in what we do, and I think that’s why you see it in such an authentic light. That’s why it’s so good, because we all believe in it, we’re committed to it, the company’s committed to it, WWE 2K’s committed to it.
“So it’s just a beautiful situation for us to continue to showcase our talents, to represent our family and hopefully just build up our family name and the Samoan dynasty to a different level than ever before.”
