Report: AEW Considering Moving Double Or Nothing Away From Las Vegas

All Elite Wrestling is reportedly considering a new location for AEW Double or Nothing.

AEW has held Double or Nothing in Las Vegas almost every year since the company launched in 2019. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2020 and 2021. The event is one of AEW’s biggest shows, and Double or Nothing was AEW’s first-ever pay-per-view in 2019.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that as of last year, there was “major discussion” within AEW to have Double or Nothing away from Las Vegas. WWE WrestleMania 41 will be held in Las Vegas the month before. This is a factor in the decision, per sources.

Sapp also writes that sources say that AEW is unlikely to release their full year of pay-per-view dates, as they did in 2023. This comes in response to WWE running a house show in Orlando when AEW had announced that they would be running AEW Worlds End in Orlando that same day months in advance.

AEW has already announced the date for AEW Revolution in March. As of this writing, the date for Double or Nothing has not been confirmed.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
