The Acclaimed Officially Split On AEW Collision

The Acclaimed have officially done their last scissoring, with the group breaking up during tonight’s episode of AEW Collision: Maximum Carnage.

During tonight’s episode, Max Caster and Anthon Bowens got into it in the ring after Caster called himself the best wrestler alive, complete with paperwork, and said that that was why Bowens had been so upset as of late. Bowens said that wasn’t at all why he’s upset, it’s because for the last five years, he’s had to lie about the person that Caster is.

According to Bowens, deep down, Caster is nothing but an “arrogant, cocky, selfish, edgelord piece of s–t,” and that he’s done with him. Bowens said that he has all the tools to do what’s necessary to become AEW World Champion, and that’s when Billy Gunn came out to try and smooth things over and settle things down.

In the ring, Gunn tried to mediate between the pair, with Caster eventually saying that Gunn didn’t care about the group, and that he was just in it for people chanting his name. He then told Bowens that Anthony has to choose between himself and Billy, and after going to scissor Caster, Bowens shocked the crowd by flipping off his former friend.
