Mike Santana delivered a powerful message to Ricky Starks after their match in House of Glory.
Friday night at House of Glory, TNA Wrestling’s Mike Santana successfully defended the HoG World Championship against All Elite Wrestling’s Ricky Starks. Following the match, Santana got on the microphone and delivered a passionate speech to his opponent and friend.
“A while back, we met up backstage at a show, and we got a little talk,” Mike Santana revealed. “And what did I tell you? The day that you grab your balls in your hand and you do what’s best for you is gonna be the happiest day of your life.
“I ain’t gonna mess it up for you, but I’m being real. I know there’s a bunch of people watching, I could give two shits about the f*cking man. When the time comes and you’re finally able to go out on your own and do your damn thing, this guy’s a bonafide superstar.
“And I’ll tell you this from one man to another, as long, and I’ve told you this before, as long as you can step foot in front of that mirror and be happy with what’s looking back, that’s all that damn matters. To be able to sleep at night being the happiest man alive because you did it your f*cking way.”
Mike Santana will face Josh Alexander in an I Quit match this Sunday night at TNA Genesis.
