Taz is back on commentary, as he was part of the broadcast team at AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage.
Taz previously missed over two months as he had to get knee replacement surgery. AEW wrote him out of programming as he was attacked in the parking lot ahead of the October 2nd episode of AEW Dynamite. Taz then announced that he would be getting knee replacement surgery. He spent the next several weeks rehabbing.
At the AEW Dynamite on 34th Street taping on December 22nd, Taz made his return for the special Hammerstein Ballroom shows. He then fully made his return at AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage on January 15th. He called the action, and it was noted that he was back in the saddle.
