The working relationship between TNA and NXT has somewhat quieted down, compared to the frequent exchange of talent that sparked buzz throughout several months of 2024. However, TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamobich was shown in the front row during the January 14th episode of WWE NXT. Cora Jade then looked over at Slamovich after she defeated Kelani Jordan.
Slamovich commented on her appearance on social media.
WWE and TNA built up a relationship in 2024. Jordynne Grace, who held the TNA Knockouts World Championship, competed in the Women’s Royal Rumble. She then challenged Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Battleground. Joe Hendry also became a key part of the crossover. He challenged Ethan Page for the NXT Championship at NXT No Mercy. NXT talent also crossed over to TNA programming multiple times as well.
