The Rock spoke with Ethan Page at WWE NXT New Year’s Evil.
The Rock made a special appearance at WWE NXT New Year’s Evil. He interrupted a conversation between his daughter, NXT General Manager Ava, and Ethan Page. “The Great One” shook hands with Page and said that he had heard a lot about him, though not all of it was good. The ock highlighted how Page had attacked Je’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander. He told Page to come to him know if he needed anything.
The Rock then said that he was The Final Boss, but Ava was the Final Boss on NXT. He told Pae that he wanted them to be cool, and that meant that Page had to be cool with Ava. Page said that they would be cool. The Rock then shook hands with Page again and said he would see him on the main roster one day.
The Rock also appeared at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere on January 6th.
Ethan Page made his WWE debut on the May 28th, 2024, episode of WWE NXT. Within weeks, he became the NXT Champion, as he won the gold in a four-way match at NXT Heatwave. Page later lost the title to Trick Williams at the NXT on CW Network premiere on October 1st.
