CM Punk sparked some buzz with his run-in at the WWE Holiday Tour live event at Madison Square Garden on December 26.
Punk faced Ludwig Kaiser at the event, but his night wasn’t done after the match. Later in the show, Damian Priest was in a Steel Cage match, and he was about to be attacked by Kaiser and Dominik Mysterio. Thankfully for Priest, CM Punk ran to the ring. Punk, who was wearing a towel and a shower cap, helped Priest fight off Kaiser and Mysterio.
A fan in attendance shared additional footage of the run-in.
Punk is set to compete in a high-profile match at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere. After the two stars have feuded for months, he is slated to face Seth Rollins in a singles match.
