Darby Allin Dives Through Table At Nitro Circus Event

Darby Allin did the most “Darby Allin thing” he could possibly do at a recent Nitro Circus show.

The AEW star is known for his death-defying stunts and disregard for his own health and wellbeing. He has jumped from various heights in big matches in AEW, including a leap from a giant ladder through sheets of glass during Sting’s last match back in February.

In a video posted on Twitter, Darby Allin did another crazy stunt. After a rider managed an incredible-looking stunt as he flew through the air, the judges on the ground were less than impressed. The series of referees all held up cards with the number 0 on them.

This was not something the former TNT Champion was thrilled with and took this injustice into his own hands. To show his distaste for the low score for the rather impressive-looking jump, Darby Allin leaped from the top of one of the ramps in the arena.

He hit a picture-perfect elbow drop through the judge’s table, crashing through it and landing on the concrete below. Unlike when he’s in the ring, there was nobody below him to cushion his fall. Darby Allin just jumped through an empty table to protest the poor judging decision.

He posted the clip with the caption, “Never score the legend a zero!”

Darby Allin On Being Future World Champion: There’s No Better Spokesperson For AEW Than Me

Following the AEW All In Texas Countdown event, Darby Allin was interviewed by Denise Salcedo. During the interview, Allin shared that he sees himself as the perfect wrestler to represent AEW as the World Heavyweight Champion. But currently, his focus is on climbing Mount Everest.

“When I think of being World Champion, it represents what this company can do for somebody. And I feel like there’s no better spokesperson for this company than me. As an AEW Original… You know like considering like I was never supposed to be ‘The Guy.’ But through just the freedom and just going out there and being me. I’ve naturally just gotten over with people. And I think to be the guy holding the World Championship and representing this company.

“It’s a very very special thing that I want to represent. But there’s just a lot going on with… Mount Everest. But then… I could swear like a month after that I broke my foot. It is insane. It was really crazy. But it was just like, I don’t know. I think it’s just a test to do… Climb Mount Everest, come back down, and then walk into Globe Life Field and rock. That’s like the whole… My whole MO,” Darby Allin said.
