Big Boom AJ of The Costco Guys made an appearance at the Boca Raton Championship Wrestling event on December 15.
At BRCW’s event on Sunday, former AEW World Champion MJF had a rare match on the independent scene. He faced AEW’s QT Marshall in a singles bout. During the match, Big Boom AJ came out and knocked Marshall down. He then got in MJF’s face, and they had a heated confrontation.
After Big Boom AJ left, MJF scored the win by hitting Marshall with a Brainbuster.
Big Boom AJ defeated QT Marshall on the Zero Hour pre-shoe ahead of AEW Full Gear. He suffered a broken foot, but he has confirmed that he will return to AEW. AJ recently provided an update and said that he would be back in the ring in a few weeks. He also said that he would be at AEW’s Hammerstein Ballroom shows later this month.
