Kamille says Mercedes Moné can’t fire her because she quits.
Heading into AEW Full Gear, tensions rose between TBS Champion Mercedes Moné and Kamille, as “The CEO” criticized Kamille for not getting the job done during her rivalry with Kris Statlander. At AEW Full Gear, Moné defeated Statlander to retain the title.
On the November 27 episode of AEW Dynamite, Mercedes Moné and Kamille came to the ring. Moné discussed her win at AEW Full Gear and took a shot at Kamille by noting that she knew how to get the job done. The champion was seemingly about to fire Kamille, but she interrupted and questioned whether she was dumb or stupid. Kamille said that Moné could not fire her, as she quit. She then walked away.
Kamille had been aligned with Moné since she made her debut at AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts in July. She helped “The CEO” win several matches during their run together. Now, the former NWA World Women’s Champion will start a new chapter.
