The Hardys have re-signed with TNA, and a new report provides an update.
On November 27, TNA officially announced that The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) officially re-signed with the company. Matt previously returned to TNA in April, and Jeff joined him in June. They won the tag team titles at TNA Bound For Glory in October.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that The Hardys had not been locked down before, but now they have agreed to one-year deals with TNA.
Per Sapp, Matt Hardy initially had a set number of dates, but he opted to stay when Jeff joined him. As part of the deal, The Hardys can work independent dates as well.
Matt Hardy On Re-Signing With TNA
In an interview with Steven Muelhausen of The Takedown on SI, Matt Hardy discussed re-signing with TNA.
It’s exciting. It’s exciting for us,” he said. “We really believe in the direction that TNA is going. They’ve got a lot of big plans for 2025. They’ve taken great care of us. They have put myself and Jeff in positions to succeed, which we’re very grateful for. We love the crew there, from the boys and the girls in the locker room to the management.
“Everyone and everything is really clicking right now. It feels like the unity is strong. The brand is growing again. I see a lot of upward mobility for TNA over the course of the next year. Jeff and I will be part of that for the next year.”
