Naomi says she didn’t do it.
On the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Jade Cargill was found attacked backstage. She was taken out in an ambulance, and WWE announced that she was not cleared to compete the following week. WWE then provided an update on Jade Cargill and suffered multiple injuries.
In a tweet, Trinity responded to WWE’s update about Cargill and stated that she expected to receive plenty of apologies when her name was cleared. She wrote, “I did not try to end my sis.”
Naomi also denied speculation that she would turn on Bayley by saying that their bond runs too deep.
Naomi is set to compete in the Women’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. Cargill was slated to be on her team, but due to the attack, she was seemingly taken out of the match.
