The AEW Continental Classic is back, and will officially begin in two weeks, on the AEW Dynamite right before Thanksgiving.
During tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, it was confirmed that the tournament would begin on November 27, 2024, on the AEW Dynamite billed as a “Thanksgiving Eve” episode. While most of the tournament’s entrants are unknown, we do know that AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada will be involved, as he was confirmed to be last week.
Last year, the Continental Classic Tournament was won by Eddie Kingston, who beat Jon Moxley in the finals at AEW Worlds End for the inaugural championship. Mark Briscoe said last week that the Continental Classic will begin on Thanksgiving Eve, as well. As of this writing, other details have not been confirmed.
