The Usos double-team Tama. Tama takes control and tags Jacob Fatu, who grounds Jimmy. The Usos team up and drill Fatu with some strikes. They sent Tonga to the outside. Jey tags in Jimmy instead of Reigns when Reigns asks for the tag. The Original Bloodline briefly argues, and Fatu gains the upper hand again.
Solo Sikoa tags in and maintains the advantage. He keeps Jimmy grounded. Jimmy manages to tag Jey, who rallies with a flurry of offense. The Bloodline again takes control and overpowers Jey. Grade: B+
As far as Bloodline matches go, this was pretty typical. It took 20 minutes for the match to begin, including the opening video and the entrances for both groups. The action itself was standard for The Bloodline as well, but the story-telling with the tension between Jey and Roman was well-done. Sikoa pinning Reigns cleanly was a big surprise. Zayn’s allegiance remains somewhat questionable, given how he helped the O.G. Bloodline. It seems inevitable that he will fully reunite with them soon, but today was not that day.
Bianca Belair And Jade Cargill Defend WWE Women’s Tag Titles
Bianca Belair and IYO SKY start the match. Belair gains the upper hand. SKY fires up. Belair and Jade Cargill overpower their opponents. Winners and still WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair
Grade: B+
This was a good showing for everyone involved, especially Legend and Jackson, as the match marked their Premium Live Event debut. They more than held their own with everyone else in the match. The miscommunication between Green and Niven teased their potential breakup, which would be a shame because they’re a fun pairing and the division needs depth. This match would have been a good spot for Belair and Cargill to drop the titles, given the multi-team stipulation, and their win suggests that they might continue to hold the gold for some time to come.
Seth Rollins Battles Bronson Reed
Seth Rollins takes the fight to Bronson Reed during his entrance, and they brawl up the ramp. They continue to brawl around ringside. Rollins gets into the ring and dives onto Reed. Reed slams Rollins into the timekeeper’s area and takes control. He squashes Rollins with a splash in the corner and drops him with a clothesline. Reed hits a Tsunami.
