Usher donned an outfit similar to The Undertaker at his concert last night, delighting Xavier Woods.
Usher performed a concert at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgie last night. It was a part of his “Past Present Future” tour, which is traveling through six countries and 48 dates.
The tour marks 30 years since the release of Usher’s debut album. He brought out “Usher” in 1994, at the age of just 15. Now 46, he paid tribute to another legend of the entertainment industry at the opening of his latest concert.
The “Yeah!” singer visited Atlanta last night, where WWE Superstar Xavier Woods saw the R&B legend. The New Day member snapped a video of Usher at the concert, and posted it in excitement on Twitter. In the clip, it shows Usher at the opening of the show. He dances onto stage singing one of his hits.
However, the eagle-eyed viewer may notice that he is wearing a trench coat at hat, eerily similar to the one The Undertaker wore for so many years in the WWE. Xavier Woods certainly noticed, given the caption he gave the video. He noted on Twitter that the singer was dressed as The Undertaker, before calling the concert “amazing”.
“Usher started his concert tonight dressed as the Undertaker. It was amazing,” Woods wrote.
The singer has also worn a white version of the hat and coat on tour. Woods’ comment might have been in jest (and the outfit is a coincidence), but there’s no denying the black ensemble resembles The Undertaker.
