The champions kept battling, and Okada dropped Danielson with a Rainmaker. They got back to their feet, and they traded blows. Danielson and Okada hit each other with the other’s finisher. Okada dropped Danielson with a lariat. Claudio Castagnoli and PAC appeared at ringside, and Okada was distracted. Danielson countered a Rainmaker and stacked Okada up for the win. Okada attacked Danielson and walked away after the bell.

Wheeler Yuta Sides With Bryan Danielson On AEW Dynamite

Castagnoli and PAC got in the ring, and they held Danielson in place while Jon Moxley came to the ring. He told Danielson that he did not want any of this, but he was doing what he had to. Moxley said it was bigger than him, and he prepared to attack Danielson. Wheeler Yuta ran in with a hammer, and he hesitated to use it. Danielson took the fight to Moxley, and Yuta brawled with Castagnoli. They cleared the ring, and Yuta said that he was tired of being treated like a child.

Yuta then challenged Castagnoli and PAC to face him on the following week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. Danielson chimed in, specifically challenging Castagnoli and PAC to face them next week. The match was confirmed, and Danielson stood tall with Yuta.

The match between Danielson and Okada marked their third clash in singles action. Danielson beat Okada at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023. Okada then defeated Danielson at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18.
