Jade Cargill is focused on the present.
Jade Cargill had a successful run in AEW, as she had a dominant reign as the TBS Champion. She signed with WWE in September 2023 and started making appearances on WWE programming. Since her in-ring debut at WWE Royal Rumble, Cargill has won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship twice.
At the WWE Bash in Berlin post-show, Jade Cargill was asked about her journey since she joined WWE following her departure from AEW. She stated that she was tired of answering questions about AEW.
“You know what, I’m so tired of answering questions about AEW. Like I said, I’m proud to be from there. However, I’m here, I’m focused on what I’m doing next. And what’s next is us just solidifying owning these tag team titles and going out there and making a name for ourselves.”
Jade Cargill On Getting Advice
Cargill went on to describe how she had been getting advice from Bianca Belair and Naomi as she continued to adjust to the WWE lifestyle.
“It’s a lot, guys, what we do is a lot,” she said. “We’ve been on the road for over a week right now, and it’s gonna pick up. So I do lean on someone like ‘The EST’ and Naomi, and they give me the best advice ever. I’ve never been on the road like this, I’ve never had as many matches as we just had this past week. But they make things easier, they make things smoother. We are all a family on the road. We make these moments mean something.”

Belair and Cargill regained the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin. They beat Unholy Union to win the titles.
