Grayson Waller is confident that A-Town Down Under will defeat The Street Profits later tonight on WWE SmackDown.
One-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions, Grayson Waller, recently spoke with Ten Count Media. When asked about A-Town Down Under’s defense against The Street Profits on SmackDown in France, Waller said he looks forward to annoying and disappointing the audience when he and Austin Theory retain the titles.
“Yeah, it’s always a cool opportunity to get to wrestle someone you haven’t wrestled before. Been somewhere you haven’t been before,” Grayson Waller said. “From what I’ve seen, that French crowd is pretty crazy.
“Especially if you go by, there was a house show last year where the audience was nuts. So now I look forward to really annoying them and disappointing them when we defeat The Street Profits tonight.”
Why Grayson Waller Believes A-Town Down Under Are Better Than The Street Profits
When asked what makes A-Town Down Under a better tag team than The Street Profits, Waller said it comes down to Ford and Dawkins being too focused on having fun. Waller believes that’s why they’ll always be the second-best tag team on SmackDown.
“I think the main thing is that we are focused on doing whatever it takes to be the best tag team in the world,” Grayson Waller said. I think The Street Profits are too focused on having fun, enjoying things with the fans, having a good time, and those types of things.
“And I think that’s why they’ve always been second-best as a tag team. I think with A-Town Down Under on SmackDown now, I think that’s the position they need to get used to because they’re not going to the top again.”
WrestleZone will have live coverage of WWE SmackDown later today.
