Triple H has invited Shannon Sharpe to join the WWE Universe at a WWE event at any place, any time.
During a recent episode of Sharpe’s Nightcap show with Gilbert Arenas, he discussed The Rock’s return to WWE and his own fandom of wrestling. He also revealed that he previously wanted to be a wrestler.
Triple H took too social media to respond to the clip. He noted that he loved the respect and passion for the history of the business Sharpe showed. The WWE Chief Content Officer also invited Sharpe to join WWE at an event at any place and time.
Sharpe is one of the most legendary tight ends in NFL history; the Pro Football Hall of Famer is a three-time Super Bowl Champion and a four-time First-Team All-Pro. Since he retired, he has become a successful media personality. He had a memorable run as the co-host of Skip and Shannon: Undisputed with Skip Bayless.
As of this writing, there is no word on whether Sharpe will attend a WWE show. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
