In a surprise move on Wednesday, Scotty 2 Hotty appeared in a match tonight during a dark match before AEW Dynamite.
Scott Garland, formerly known as Scotty 2 Hotty, teamed up with The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn to take on The Gunns & 2point0. Per fans in the arena, Garland used his iconic “Too Cool” theme and even did the worm afterward.
Garland is not only a producer with All Elite Wrestling, but also a resident of Orlando, Florida, where the episode of AEW Dynamite is being held. He’s also been active overseas in wrestling, albeit on the independent scene, following his departure from WWE in 2022.
