Report: Seth Rollins’ WWE Contract Set To Expire In 2024

World Heavyweight Champion Seth RollinsWWE contract reportedly expires in the not-to-distant future.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Rollins’ contract is up in June 2024, and as of a few weeks ago, there have been no talks about an extension. Per Sapp, Rollins is well-liked and respected, and sources noted that an offer will “obviously” be made. The report notws that WWE sources indicated that re-signing Rollins will be made a priority.

Sapp writes that, in asking a WWE official, they replied, “We would not dispute that information”, regarding Rollins’ contract.

In 2019, WWE reached new long-term deals with many performers alongside the launch of AEW. Sapp notes that it is not certain whether Rollins was among these signings.

Rollins signed a developmental deal with WWE in 2010. He has since become one of the company’s most decorated competitors. He is a two-time WWE Champion and a two-time Universal Champion, among other accolades. Rollins is also a Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank winner.

WrestleZone will monitor the situation and provide more information as it becomes available.

As previously reported, Drew McIntyre, Becky Lynch, Deonna Purrazzo, and other stars are also set to hit free agency in 2024.
