LA Knight is keen on changing up the scenery in WWE.
LA Knight has a hefty task ahead of him this Saturday as he challenges Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WWE Crown Jewel. Unlike many of the challengers before him, Knight is approaching this title opportunity with a different mindset, not intending to finish anything, but rather, create a fresh product for WWE fans.
Speaking with Daily Mail UK, Knight explained what separates himself from the previous competitors who attempted to dethrone “The Tribal Chief.”
‘Man, you know what, I’m not gonna ask you to believe that it’s gonna be different. Now, what I’m going to do is, I’m going to say, ‘Hey, show up and see why it’s different.’ Because the bottom line is every one of those guys, they kind of came in from a different angle as far as the way they’re approaching this whole thing. Again, I said this the other night, I’m not looking to finish a story. I’m not looking to finish anything. I’m looking to start something new, and that’s what we’re going to do,” Knight said.
Since beginning his reign in August 2020, Roman Reigns has successfully defended his title against the likes of John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Edge, Drew McIntyre, and Cody Rhodes.
