Anna Jay has gone through some changes during her time as a professional wrestler.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Anna Jay was a recent guest on Hey! (EW). When asked about the fact that she used to be known as Anna Jayy, Anna explained her reasoning behind it.
“There was two n’s in my first name,” Anna Jay began. “So I thought maybe the two y’s was kind of cool, like four letters, four letters. Actually, someone told me, maybe cut that one off.”
When asked about her old “Star of the Show” gimmick, Jay revealed that people backstage at All Elite Wrestling hated it, but she loved it and might want to bring it back.
“Do you love it? Okay. Well, people here hate it in the back and told me to get rid of it,” Anna Jay revealed. “But I loved it too. So you know what? Maybe I will [bring it back].”
