Conor McGregor took to Twitter to reveal what his potential WWE character would be.
Seemingly unprompted, McGregor posted a few pictures and stated that his WWE character would be the babyface boss, Ron McMahon. He wrote that the character specializes in ambush and power control. Per McGregor, he was abandoned by the family in Ireland, but he made his own fortune brewing alcohol.
McGregor ended the post by noting that he’s back, and he’s pissed. He also tagged WWE and Vince McMahon himself in the tweet.
McGregor is a former UFC Featherweight Champion and a former UFC Lightweight Champion.
Fans have speculated about McGregor and other UFC stars potentially crossing over into WWE in recent months, Endeavor, UFC’s parent company, reached an agreement with WWE in April that will see WWE and UFC merge to form a new company. The deal is expected to close in September.
