Rey Fenix is reportedly set to miss AEW All In.
Fenix was set to compete in the Stadium Stampede match at the pay-per-view on August 24. The match was announced during the August 16 episode of AEW Dynamite. During the AEW All In media call, Tony Khan stated that adjustments would be made to the pay-per-view’s card.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reports that, as of Tuesday, Rey Fenix is no longer planned for his match at AEW All In. Sapp cited sources who indicated that Fenix was dealing with travel or visa-related issues, rather than an injury, but that has not been confirmed.
Sapp wrote that there are plans in place to explain his absence. As of this writing, it’s unclear whether Fenix is being replaced in the Stadium Stampede match, or if it is being adjusted otherwise.

Tony Khan Discusses Changes To AEW All In
As noted, AEW CEO Tony Khan stated that there would be adjustments to the AEW All In card during the media call ahead of the show. He made it clear that he expects to have to make more changes. However, Khan stated that he intends to make the show as strong as possible.
“Now I’m going to be honest with you about more stuff,” Tony Khan said. “I expect more changes. They were not changes I wanted to make or planned to make,” Tony Khan said. “I’m not talking about the world championship match or the world tag team title match. There will probably be some other changes to the card necessitated by things happening in the world. In some cases, stuff that’s nobody’s fault, but stuff that is not related to the world of professional wrestling.
“I am going to try to work through this week to make it as strong as possible, actually making the card hopefully better than it has been. But yeah, there will be changes to the card. I plan to add something, and I might have to make some changes in the body of the card as it stands right now. But they’re not substantive changes that will change the quality of the show. I’m very glad that the big matches are in such a good position right now. I think you’re gonna have to stay tuned.”
