Trish Stratus Competes At WWE Live Event For The First Time In 18 Years

WWE fans had the chance to thank Trish Stratus in person over the weekend.

WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus competed at a live event for the first time in 18 years at WWE’s show in Ottawa on August 20. Before the match, she addressed the crowd and delivered an emotional message before she shifted into character.

Becky Lynch went on to defeat Stratus and Zoey Stark in a handicap match.

Stratus subsequently commented on the news in a tweet and hyped up her appearance at the August 20 event in Laval.

Trish Stratus Continues To Feud With Becky Lynch

Trish Stratus has been locked in a heated rivalry with Becky Lynch since April. Thanks to Zoey Stark’s interference, the legend beat Lynch at WWE Night of Champions. The two foes were seemingly set to clash at WWE SummerSlam, but they faced off on the August 14 episode of WWE RAW instead.

The bout ended in a double countout, and the two stars continued to brawl after the bell. WWE Adam Pearce then announced that they would face off in a Steel Cage Match. This rematch has not officially been announced, but it is being advertised for WWE Payback.
