Aleah James has seemingly confirmed her departure from WWE.
James took to social media and noted that she was “free as a bird.” She wondered who she was going to wrestle first now that she is evidently back on the open market.
James also reposted Wrestling Observer‘s article about her confirming her release.
Unlike several other NXT UK wrestlers, James had remained under contract with WWE after NXT UK went on hiatus. But she never moved to NXT in the United States, and her time with the company has come to an end.
James began her in-ring career in 2019 and debuted in NXT UK in 2020. She last wrested in March 2022, when she defeated Stevie Turner on NXT UK.
