Logan Paul is ready to come away with the Money in the Bank briefcase because he’s all about money.
Logan Paul added himself to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match on the June 19 episode of Monday Night Raw. Making himself quite literally the odd man out, Logan is the seventh man in what was supposed to be a six-man contest and is the only competitor in the match that did not need to qualify.
Speaking in a digital exclusive following his announcement on Monday Night Raw, Logan tells Byron Saxton that he wants to add “WWE Champion” to his resume and, in a moment of raw honesty, says he’s looking forward to getting the briefcase so that he can take a shortcut and continue his trend of not following the traditional path.
“I gotta win. I just cut a promo talking smack about this entire city losing. And I think I’d like to win. I think I’d like a WWE Championship on my resume. I don’t really like following the traditional path. So I’m gonna take the shortcut, get that briefcase, cash it in, beat whoever I have to,” Logan said.
Logan admitted to being nervous when climbing the ladder on Monday Night Raw but says that he is a Maverick and likes to fly high.
Asked if he had any final message for his opponents at Money in the Bank, Logan simply said, “Fuck y’all. I’m comin’ for that ass.”
Money in the Bank will take place on July 1 from the O2 Arena in London, England, and will be headlined by a Bloodline civil war tag team match where The Usos will take on Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa.
WrestleZone will have live Money in the Bank coverage on July 1, 2023.
