Two championship matches have been made for the upcoming IMPACT Wrestling Down Under Tour of Australia.
Steve Maclin is furious that he even needs to request a rematch after losing the IMPACT World Championship to Alex Shelly at IMPACT Against All Odds. However, IMPACT has announced that the rematch will occur as Alex Shelly will defend his World Championship against Maclin on Friday, June 30, in Australia.
Deonna Purrazzo is slated to defend her IMPACT Knockouts World Championship against Gisele Shaw on the July 1 event in Australia. With Trinity already guaranteed a title match at the upcoming Slammiversary event on July 15, it has been announced that if Gisele is able to win the title in Australia, the match at Slammiversary will become a three-way with Shaw defending against both Trinity and Purrazzo.
