Kurt Angle says he was asked to make an appearance for the 2023 WWE Draft, but he couldn’t do it.
Several legends made cameo appearances during the WWE Draft; JBL, Teddy Long, Eric Bischoff, Rob Van Dam, and others presented draft picks for WWE RAW and SamckDown.
Speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, the WWE Hall of Famer was asked about the WWE Draft, as co-host Paul Bromwell noted that he thought Angle might make an appearance.
“I was asked to do it and I couldn’t, unfortunately,” Angle said. “I wish I could have, I would have loved to be there and announce a draft pick. But unfortunately, I was busy that day, and I couldn’t do it.”
