Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett want a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships at AEW Double or Nothing.
During the May 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, Jarrett and Lethal, along with Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh, visited the Briscoe farm to help out Mark Briscoe in an effort to make good on the tension between the two sides.
During the segment, Jarrett and Lethal could be seen talking about defeating both members of FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) in various singles matches. Jarrett beat Harwood on the April 26 episode of AEW Dynamite, and Lethal beat Wheeler on the April 28 episode of AEW Rampage. Lethal then challenged the champions to a match.
FTR have yet to defend their titles since defeating The Gunns to win the gold on the April 5 episode of AEW Dynamite.
The match has yet to be confirmed for AEW Double or Nothing. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
