The court case related to Jeff Hardy‘s 2022 DUI has been closed.
Volusia County Clerk of Circuit Court records shows that the case was closed as of Thursday, February 23. On that day, Jeff Hardy signed a written no-contest plea to his third DUI offense within ten years, driving while his license was suspended, revoked, or canceled, and a driving violation with a driver’s license restriction.
On February 21, Jeff Hardy’s attorney filed a motion to suppress breath test results from his June 13 arrest as “unreliable.” The attorney claimed the used Intoxilyzer was not inspected by the Florida Highway Patrol the month before Hardy was tested, which violates a Florida Department of Law Enforcement rule you’re.
Jeff Hardy’s driver’s license will be suspended for the next ten years. He will serve no jail time as records show he was given 38 days credit for time served in county jail.

Jeff Hardy last wrestled for AEW. AEW suspended Jeff on June 14, 2022. Tony Khan would say that Jeff Hardy could return to the company after completing a substance abuse treatment program.
